Before we built UPath, we were exactly where you are: scrolling job boards late at night, rewriting CVs again and again, and wondering why applications disappeared into silence.
The UK felt exciting and full of possibility, but building a career here as an international candidate often felt confusing.
We made mistakes too. We spent money on advice and agencies that sounded convincing, but still made little progress.
